Community Worker’s Meeting

Community Worker’s meeting was held on 30th July, which we hold twice a year. Our programs can not run without the help from the Community Workers who live in local community. They report to us about orphans who need registration to join our activities, any changes at our children’s home environment, any issues or problems at their home, and updates on the families of our children.
27 Community Workers from 6 different zones participated today. We reflected on what we have done last year and heard updates from each Zone. They reported that they still have children who need to be registered at Ashinaga, about cleanliness of the Terakoya students, and requested to start Japanese language class again to suit children’s need. We also explained about what we shall do this year and asked for continuous support from the Community Workers.
